Plant of the Month November 2017

Carnivorous Plant Society of Canada
Plant of the Month (POTM) contest Rules:

1- One plant per entry. If there are more than one plant in the picture(s), the member may state the participant.

2- The plant must be grown by the member for at least 3 months, or is grown from seed by the grower.

3- The picture(s) have to be taken in the month of the contest.

4- No 'In situ' plants. Only cultivated plants are allowed.

5- Multiple pictures of the same plant can be posted, in the same post.

6- The plant must be clearly identified.

7- Members can POST the entry from 2017-11-01 to 2017-11-30 included.

8- Entries will be voted from 2017-12-01 to 2017-12-10. Voting dates might vary.

9- The winner of each month will be recorded in the Plant of the Month CPSC HALL OF FAME.

10- Only one entry per member, in one post.

Just one plant? Mine are usually several in a planter, for example this Drosophyllum jungle. I started it with some seeds in December 2014. They flowered abundantly since the second year. Still alive today. They stay outside in all kind of weather from April till about now.

Aw man, I have so many pretty seedlings with really good pics thanks to my newly discovered macro camera, that even if I submitted an entry once a month for half a year I'd probably still have pictures of different plants to share! Hm, well the really important question is- Flytrap or Sundew babies? I think this round, I'm going to go with my pygmy sundew baby <3 ...not taken this month, but a recent enough picture of the stunning lil guy- it hasn't been as dewy lately and I love this picture so much I had to submit this time...

Hello AV,
Justin has been very busy and I'll need to wait for him to change some settings before we could vote.
The problem right now is that each post can only have up to 10 voting options, which isn't enough for Oct entries.
