Utricularia Gibba

that Utricularia gibba you sent me @Lloyd Gordon came with some welcome hitchhikers. I split it up and put it in my aquarium as well as all the carnivorous pot bases. The plant came with its own food there’s now loads of daphnia Thanks Lloyd!

That's amazing, I've never seen them there. There were some eggs that "never" hatched and I dumped them in.

Took the dogs down to Stickleback lake behind my place today. Smokey from distant fires, plants are absorbing lots of carbon today! We found a web of Utricularia gibba down there.

This is how I grow my aquatic Utricularia. No Drosera with them.

Utricularia graminifolia
Utricularia minor
Utricularia gibba
Utricularia macrorhiza
and hopefully soon Aldrovanda vesiculosa

I haven’t grown Drosera hamiltonii yet but when I do I will grow it with my other sundews in my mixed sundew pot.

Thanks! About two and a half years now and hopefully it just gets better and better. Here’s the progression of it.
