I definitely feel it needs a period of stress to flower. Either some temperature swings or dryness.

I'll reply here to your question.
Mine is just in house level humidity, currently 50% in summer. It's planted in LFS and perlite. Keep wet, but not soaking wet. Temps 20-23c night/day
I think the increase in temps help blooming. Winter temps are more like 16-21c
