Did the peat dry out? I find that pure peat tends to be very dense. Gritty sand or perlite makes the peat better for root growth.

Ah it’s 50/50 peat/perlite with a thin layer of peat on top for vanity. Just forgot them in the basement for like 2 months haha

Cephalotus have exploded in growth recently, colouring up nicely too.

Subulata irritatingly won’t put out any normal flowers. Think it keeps growing taller just to spite me.

This red dragon was half-rotted when I took it in start of November. Broke apart the rhizome and cut off the decay before soaking in peroxide & repotting the chunks in lfsm+perlite.
