Was wondering if these conditions would be optimal for my terrestrial utrics?

-50/50 peat & silica sand mix

-Tray never goes dry, fluctuates between 30% to 10% full

-150ppfd @ centre, 100ppfd @ edges for 14hrs/day

-25°C, 60% RH

The sand is very fine. It will tend to compact and the plants may not do so well. Either mesh 12-16 or just use perlite.

Thanks for the advice! Repot em last night and unfortunately lost one to rot, though the rest seem to be doing alright. Moved to 50/50 peat perlite.
