I have updated the controller's code to take 40-45 photos for each set, and it seems to have improved the result. It takes time and effort to generate each image but I really enjoy the outcomes. :)

Great results. Now the details stick out really well. I know this takes quite some effort. Keep up the good work.
 
I bought a new 10x and 20x objective lens. It is more expensive and I thought it'd be interesting to see if there's a difference. The more expensive lens give better result because of the chromatic correction. The 20x focus distance is too short for my liking though, as it's difficult to provide enough lighting to the seed.
