My great aunt forgot about a colonized block in her greenhouse all winter, I'm honestly shocked it survived let alone is healthy.... I've never really grown mushrooms before and figured why not, needless to say I'm hooked haha.
Wow, I think those are King oyster. They are really good.
I'm hooked to growing mushroom too but don't have enough space/time to do it.
Last year I thought about colonizing an area under my oak trees, but there are raccoons in the area.
