Is this a bladderwort?

I got this at an aquarium store and I was told it was carpeting but I see little traps in it is this a type of bladderwort

looks like gibba. at the petsmart i work at we occasionally get clumps of gibba in with our plant shipments. i think they also use it in their setups, not experienced enough to know why but there’s probably a good reason for it
