While most of my cephs are suffering from a broad mite infestation, these two are pushing through fairly well.
"Harald Weiner Giant" (on the right) made its largest pitcher yet. The pitcher walls are slightly collapsed from the mites, but it is still the biggest pitcher I have seen from any of my plants by a long shot.
Edit: I bought a digital caliper to measure the exact height of the HWG pitcher, and it is exactly 9.518cm/95.18mm tall!
The pitcher produced after this one is much more deformed, having developed during the peak of the infestation. The newest pitchers growing out now look to be healthy again, with the pest mite population declining.
'Bubble Giant' seems almost unfazed by the broad mites. Not quite as large as HWG, but still very large.
Highly recommended clones.
Thanks for looking!
