Warming up too fast! 8b

Zone 8b, BC. Weather is warming up super fast!!! I’m just worried about another freeze, we still have a chance for a couple before may. How can I protect my sarrs from coming out of dormancy early?
photo is old there’s no longer any snow on em and the soil is nice and squishy rather than solid.

Once they get fresh growth, don't let them them freeze solid. Snow is ok.
