Sundew flowering problems under lights

Ok so I’ve found that my D. omissa and capensis flowers never seem to open up fully under my lights? I still got tons of seeds from my capensis but I never saw the petals open fully. I moved a pot of omissa to the window and they have multiple open flowers within 2 days. Does anyone know what exactly could cause this?

Light is what triggers them to open. Even the ones I keep outside won’t fully open on those costal drizzly days. Try syncing your light timing with the sunlight maximizIng the morning light to give them a strong signal to open the flowers.

Ok thanks! I think they are on 15 hours a day, the light seems bright enough for them to grow well just not flower.
