Hi Labine - Beautiful plant! Doesn't look like it needs a transplant to me. Yours has better form than anything I have raised. I still care very much for my plants, but they have had a few rough times and the marks show.

Willy - That's a happy looking plant!

Lloyd - R. gorgonias always seems to be a slow starter for me. Once they get going, they seem much quicker and more stable too. I think the one in the first photo is almost there.

Thanks apo!
I have to water every other day, almost!!!
This thing is growing taller every year but i lost 1 branch this summer. Ill need a green house for rthis one. Hahaa lets see how it goes

It's my understanding that stem cuttings are very difficult with R. dentata, and pretty much impossible for R. gorgonias. There's an extremely fine line between the cuttings drying out and rotting on you.

Seeds are definitely the way to go. The flowers are pretty easy to manually self if you don't have multiple plants (it's actually the only CP flower I've managed to successfully pollinate.)

I'm going on the second year with flowers from my plant. This is the second time its flowered in spring with no division, but it also flowered last summer and split the single growth point into 3.

R. dentata is supposed to start new growth points much more readily.
