I can't quite tell from the picture. The green shoot in the center could be a new leaf.
I wish I was a better person (in many ways), but I always get a slight, transient, frustrated feeling when someone grows a plant from me better than I do. Please forgive me. I'll try and improve.

I just followed the soil instructions from @Lloyd Gordon when I got the plant. And it's been under maybe 350 PAR, and temps 23-25 C in the day to 18 C at night. I'm just a proud parent to see this one flower. In a year and half of collecting, I've only had a few of the plants flower.
