I've gone off the deep end with toothy hybrids. N. villosa x hamata is in the mail.

Can't wait to see what veitchii x edwardsiana's new pitcher develop.

N. veitchii (BE-4033) popping a new pitcher.
Time elapsed 4 days 18 hours:

The pitcher looks like it continues to inflate and get fatter even after it opens.

Oldest pitcher from Jul still holding its colour nicely:

@Lloyd Gordon
Looks like there's always a bit of a spurt after the plants are misted. Maybe it's to do with increased root pressure or turgidity after misting.

N. truncata's newest pitcher is about 3x the size of anything it's made previously.
The peristome is also starting to show some flaring, but the pitchers are still pretty tall and skinny with a big belly.

BE-3980 takes on some nice colour under my lights. This particular clone is making some nice toothy pitchers too.

I picked up a villosa x hamata 3 weeks ago. At barely 3cm in diameter, it's the tiniest nep I've started with so far.

The pitcher I received it with has died back:

The older leaves are turning red. It's getting a lot more light here than it's used to:

There's this thing peeking out of the moss too:

It's a tiny, tubby new pitcher.

Here's are a couple other new pitchers.

Also a big increase in pitcher size from clipeata:

The tiny villosa x hamata pitcher is actually managing to develop some colour. Very excited for future pitchers.

White light/365nm:

veitchii x edwardsiana is fully open and has started colouring up too. The peristome is super bright under UV excitation.
