My Caudiciforms & assorted succulents

Succulents were the first plants I ever started growing.
Gonna post photos of my plants here when they do something neat.

To start off, here's an Adenium arabicum trio I grew from a batch of seeds.
  • Surprisingly large amount of variation among siblings
  • These were germinated in 2017. This photo is from 2019. They are bigger now.

Here's something neat that's happening right now: My Dracaena eilensis is flowering.
  • Slow growing Sansevieria from Somalia
  • Started as a single rosette in 2013.
  • Grows a new rosette every 3-4 years, but seems to be picking up speed now that it's larger.
  • All the important bits (extrafloral nectar, anthers, pollen) grow brightly under UV light to attract pollinators

I picked off several anthers and rubbed them onto the stigmas:
  • I have no idea if D. eilensis is self-fertile but UV light at least shows that the pollen is in the right place. Guess I'll know in a couple months.
