I have been planning to make one since I first joined CPSC, and i think I can finally put it into action! I do need a few things though, can anyone help me find them?

drosera rotundifolia, intermedia, ect (has to be winter hardy to zone 3)
sphagnum moss (a medium portion, maybe enough to fill a baggie?)
a medium container of peat moss (preferably compacted)

thanks in advance!

does anyone have any tips for drosera intermedia care? I know the basics but I believe that extra knowledge would go a long way! thanks in advance.

There is nothing really special about Drosera intermedia care besides normal sundew care.

Drosera intermedia like to be wet.You might see these Droseras growing on a floating patch of sphagnum on water.A bog is perfect for Drosera intermedia and would also go well with your Drosera rotundifolia because they both grow in about the same areas.Drosera rotudifolia don't like to be as wet as Drosera intermedia, but both are similar enough they can go in a bog pot together.

For the leaf cuttings I found out just simply pulling a leaf out of a sundew and putting it on the soil around the plant makes tiny baby sundews sprout. You are basically planting a seed, but just that it grow faster and does not need a winter stratification.

Also if you put a tray under your bog pot make sure you top water it once in a while or the soil will start to smell.Getting some moving water will be super helpful in the future.

Throw in some live sphagnum moss for a good ascetic!

So, I got everything planted out! thanks to Raymond for the plants, they are currently sending out new growths so thats good, but sadly the sphag is dying a bit so I flooded their tray with water and set them under the cherry tree for the rest of the day, only setting them in the sun for the morning, any other tips and tricks would be helpful!

The Cape sundew is growing like a beast in the bog, even sending out a flower stalk! Now I finally understand why the cape sundew is considered so easy, I didn't have to do much to please it! just add bugs and water!

Drosera intermedia, on the other hand, is not thriving, and the leaves have either died or had their tips turned black, which I think is caused by the plant using up energy in flowering, but any tips to keep it thriving would be much appreciated!
