Leaves vs pitchers

My Ceph seem happy to me, they are putting out a fair amount of leaves, which are great to start more, but is there something I can do to encourage more pitchers? They're only putting a few out and hiding them under leaves.

In my experience Cephs tend to grow more leaves at this time of year, and transition to growing pitchers later in the growing season. It's possible you could encourage more pitcher growth by making the grow area more summer like, with increased photoperiod and warmer temps, I haven't tried this though!
 
the photo period is 14+ but the nighttime temps are like 65... not likely to change. I was wondering what made some plants more winter-like... like some of my Mexican pings are in winter rosettes (some are not), but it's definitely not photo period lol
 
this happens from time to time , your plant is very green , may be introducing more light will help with this or feeding the pitcher , not knowing your set up hard to asses :)
