Is this safe to start Carnivorous Plant seeds in?

I am concerned the Peat Pellets may have fertilizers in them? It is a "Sow'n GRO" brand and it states that the ingredients are "92.5cm of dry sphagnum peat moss" as shown in the pics. Doesn't say it's pure sphagnum and doesn't say it has fertilizers either.

I think it should be fine to sow your carnivorous seeds in. I don't think it makes sense for there to be fertilizer in a seedling starter since that may cause their leaves and roots to burn.

The Jiffy Peat Pellets have fertilizers in them though. This is why I'm skeptical of these ones.

Likely lime and fertilizer. Since peat is so cheap, peat pellets are probably not a good idea.

You could test them out by sowing expendable seed like capensis, spatulata etc. to seed if they germinate and seedlings grow well or not.
