Helis mainly but dews, VFT, few Neps, maybe Brochinia. Depend on my energy level.

my sundew is flowering and Heli stays the same condition as few weeks ago.

My Heli's are similar, they take a while to get over the root shock but they will recover.
Cut the flowers off, the plant will grow much better and divide quicker.

The flowers won't self pollinate. This plant flowers a lot and will not be as nice if they flower. The flowers are nothing special either. I let some dews flower whenever and it doesn't bother them but not this one. If it doesn't flower and you feed it well it will be like a big red powder puff.

Hi Lloyd, My heliamphora looks dried now huhu the media is moist it was doing good though for the past time i got it. I remove the ziplock the other day ago and then new pitchers dried up too and the old pitchers. Maybe it got shock on humidity drop. I am not sure if it will survive. I put it on ziplocks bag again. My temp here is at 22-24 degrees. I also notice when i move the plant its being uprooted. :(

Put it back in high humidity. You can cut away the dead stuff. Try misting and pouring water in the pitchers with some green. Maybe bury the plant a bit deeper in the medium. A bit cooler if you can. Hope and time.

Yup i

Yup i put it back in ziplock and sprayed it with water put it in not bright light now too. Hope it will bounce back. Once i set my greenhouse i will not moved it again and see how it progress. Thanks Lloyd for the hope.

None of mine look that dry but even in cooler conditions, high humidity, misting and pitcher filling, they still are slow to recover. Fingers crossed.

Thats a nice heli!
Mine is struggling a bit because of the heat, but it is growing a new pitcher so there is hope.

The Drosera on the other hand is loving the heat, its been growing like crazy and has made several flower spikes so far (which i cut)

Bringing up my total number of new pitchers to 2, as it looks like one is emerging from inside an older one! I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little proud of myself for this one. Being still somewhat new to CPs, I was intimidated by a heli but I'm so happy it's bouncing back from the transplant shock and travel time.

The sundew is happy, and getting fed the odd housefly now and then, since our screenless windows have been open a lot lately ;)

Update from the last post, new sprout shooted and the leaf here is still fine. I just put some water on pitchers and put it with ziplock still. The other pitchers that dried up have still green at the bottom though.

I'm considering giving away more plants. We had a small flood and I had to move the plants around. If there's someone who would like a local pickup, preferably someone who hasn't picked up this year, PM me.
Two people replied so that's probably it for this time.
