CP taste test

Rating how various CPs taste. (For education purposes or something)
What I’ve tried so far:

Heliamphora - 9/10 sweet, suprisingly complex flavour: Slight earthy, fruity and grassy notes. My favourite so far
Nepenthes: 7.5/10 basically tastes like sugar, pretty good.
Dionaea ( VFT): 6/10 sweet otherwise not much and not much nectar per trap, minus points for biting my tongue.
Drosera: 1/10 tasteless, slimy.
Pinguicula: 1/10 tasteless.
Utricularia 0/10 no nectar.

I wI’ll add more as I try them.

Do with this information as you will. I’m inclined to say don’t try this at home though. Unless you’re a bug.

Sounds yummy. Though Sarr nectar is known to contain coniine, which it uses to intoxicate its prey and make it fall in easier, so you shouldn’t eat too much. Though the tiny little bit that you get from a pitcher probably won’t hurt a human.

My Heli's haven't produced enough nectar for me to taste yet but I can confirm that Nepenthes nectar tastes quite good

Nepenthes fusca is very very juicy too. I didn't taste the juice , must be very sweet because it's STICK everywhere...

my sanguinea’s lids are super sticky, i don’t have the gall or the power in me to give it a lick though LOL
