This an another "giant" clone, I believe selected from Hummer’s Giant seedlings. Prominent peristome similar to Thanos Giant. 3" square pot for reference.

Very nice! That one looks very much like the original Hummers Giant clone - at least, from the pictures I have seen.
 
Ah ok, perfect, I thought that like the Sarracenia, the flowers appeared before the new pitchers.
 
Okay, that's encouraging, thank you. I've had my first flush of leaves, and now the new pitchers are on their way. I'm hoping the flowers will follow.
I've definitely seen a variation in the condition of my ceph over the past year.

Same for the ping, they're dividing.
 
Most of my clones normally start pushing up inflos around this time in my basement conditions after several months of low double digit temps. I believe it's primarily driven by rising temperature as the photoperiod is constant in my led setup. So if your cephs are mature, well fed and have wintered in cold conditions, they should start flowering soon ime. It's actually annoying since I have to pinch many flower buds in order to channel their energy for pitcher growth (much like for fly traps)

It was cool during the night when the lights were closed but not cold ...
Almost half of my ceph are seed grown but in the past few years, it's been very hard to find some seeds.
I'll not keep all the flower buds if I get some but 2-3 would be great.
I know it's easier to split ceph but sometimes, seed grown plants get specific traits.
 
When the leds are off, my temps dip to winter lows of about 11-12C. Lights-on temps rise to 18C max. I think this drop is sufficient to stimulate most of my clones to flower around this time when temps start rising. These chilly conditions may be inconvenient in most households setups but I'm lucky to grow them in an uninsulated basement room that I have all to myself :)
 
Same with some tuberous dews. Perhaps its related to increased light exposure, soil enrichment and/or volatile hydrocarbons that can trigger flowering
