Hi Olivera, that’s called etiolation. You need more/stronger light to prevent that. Unfortunately, those pads will stay long and skinny no matter what you do. When I run into this problem, I snip off the etiolated pads in the spring when I start to water my cacti again and dust the open wounds with sulfur powder. Full sun should help with the skinny pads.
