I am not completely sure if this is vulgaris, could it be pinguicula macroceras?
If you want to start an argument 
It’s debated whether P. macroceras is a species rather than a sub-species of P. vulgaris also the very little physical differences between the two make them almost indistinguishable from each other.

I didn't find one that was flowering, they have slightly different flowers.If you want to start an argument
