For me, cephalotus is not very picky about humidity. I would say around 50-70% would be ideal.

I have heard its hard to grow. Why?

Mainly because it is really sensitive to repotting and over watering.

Hi ANTSPlantation , if i could make a suggestion to improve your ceph growth , the growth of the fine cause small grasses /mosses, do hinder the growth of neps,, helis and cephs, when covering the top of your media in the pots, after removal of this moss from many of my pots see a much beter growth of the plants free from it, just a sugestion if you wish too try it
